Dixie Art Loft located at Craft Gallery will be presenting Exceptional Work by Exceptional Artists.

Established with the Artist, the Art Collector and the avid buyer in mind, Betty Wilson curator and director saw the need for such a venue after being on South Dixie Highway owning and operating the Craft Gallery Studio for over 25 years.

"I've met so many talented accomplished artists, award winning master artists and many wonderful new emerging artists, and I realized Dixie Art Loft would be able to bring their talents to the public in a comfortable local venue."

Dixie Art Loft will be changing exhibits periodically though out the year. Our exhibitions and events will showcase ceramics, paintings, photography, sculptures, glass, jewelry, mixed media, and so much more.

Each year the Centre offers over 300 photography and digital imaging workshops with world-renowned photographers and digital imaging artists such as Vincent Versace, Robert Farber, Laurence Gartel, Douglas Kirkland, Lewis Kemper, and Ross Whitaker, and many others. Our learning environment is electric. Under the tutelage of professionals committed to sharing their skills and encouraging the growth of others, participants can develop creative potential, expand their vision, and master a broad range of photographic and digital imaging applications. Centre workshops are different than most others in that we stress the creative, visionary process. We encourage an open forum for ideas. After years of professional immersion, our instructors communicate the intuitive and intangible so vital to personal expression.

LIGHTHOUSE ARTCENTER

As northern Palm Beach and southern Martin Counties' oldest and largest visual arts museum, the Lighthouse ArtCenter is a two-building operation featuring a stand-alone school of art with classes for children and adults, beginner through professional levels, a popular summer camp for kids ages 4-16 and diverse and educational exhibits.

Programs also include a Profile Guest Lecture Series, the Jazz Series, an art supplies and gift store and the recent addition of ArtBridge Outreach, which provides educational art experiences for underserved populations and communities.

The ArtCenter offers a diverse schedule of exhibitions through the year, regular seminars and classes, and many special events for all ages and interests.
